Proof of payment: 06/02/2025

I paid for the month of February 2025 on the 06th, my subscription is R140 now all my channels are disconnected and they sent me an sms instructing me to pay with a Ref no. I even attached the proof of payment on the email I sent with no Assistance, how many times should 1 pay a month? They are sending me from pillar to post while I already Paid.
