PROMOTIONS

I was called by an dstv agent selling me their product of paying R500 for the next two years and will also gave me a mew decoder. The agent said they will call me again to confirm everything . I wanted for their call but nothing I called the DSTV again the next agent said the same thing that they will call me . EVEN TO TODAY. Why did they sell what was of their promotion whereas they don't keep their promise. I'm so disappointed with DSTV.
