ProMotion that no one knows of .
,I received an sms Stating that if I pay my DSTV compact before the end on august I will get a discount of 130 pm x3 months ,I followed the link to make payment,and it was successful as they are picking it up on their side .I’m now receiving another sms saying I need to pay the balance. I called your call center since on Monday and I hold for 2hours no one seems to be able to assist .I called this morning aswel and I’ve been on hold ,I spent more than 120 on airtime only ,
Today my DSTV was disconnected.
If you can’t open it ,CANCEL MY SERVICES AND REFUND MY HARD EARNED 299.00 We can’t be treated like trash and we work very hard for our money .

08 Sept 2022, 11:12 communicated with you guys on Sunday ,no one got back to me ,then my DSTV was connected again ,then today it’s disconnected?I’m tired of being treated like this ,this back and forth is really tiring ,and I can’t anymore .
Please refund my R299.00 that I have paid on the 27th ,and I will pay for Netflix,Amazon and Disney with all that amount ,then I know my family and I will be connected through out .
I’m sick and tired of the poor service getting from you guys
