Promotion package not fully loaded
Good evening
I lodged the complain about the promotion package from Access to Compact @ R299 as was advertised by Multichoice for three months on the 26th November 2020. Today I need to pay the monthly premium, the premium to pay is R434 instead of R344.
According to my knowledge, the R299 promotion on Compact should end by February 2021. Can someone attend to this.
