Promo, OH NO!!!!!

I would have considered myself as a valued customer, unfortunately I am really saddened by how they handle their promotions, I was to be billed R460pm for 2 months (instead of R519pm) to enjoy the Compact plus promo, unfortunately never received a promo price at all and have to pay the full price...... tried Customer Services but you will chat to a different person each time, each time I got the message that issue will be escalated but nothing....
