Poor poor poor

Approved for PriceLock 13 Feb 2021, installation booked for 19 Feb 2021.....Jhb installer called and moved to 18 Feb, then said my decoder not arrived.

Have submitted over 20 queries weekly to date...STILL NO DECODER (ALTHOUGH CONFIRMED HAS BEEN SENT TO INSTALLER IN FEBRUARY)

2 months later and I am still sitting with NO answers, just "it will be escalated"

This is utter POOR POOR Service

Again, installer called ready to install, but ...wait....where is the decoder??
Still with the original installer? DSTV does not know...................What is going on people can Multichoice not even track my decoder i was approved for on 13 february???
