PROMISES OF FOLLOW UP BUT NO ACTION... FED UP

Ongoing frustration and disappointment. Double debited each month and only half the service paid for is working! One phone call but no follow up as promised. Beyond irritated and disappointed. DSTV is this really the best that you can do? Ridiculous :(
