PROMISES NOT KEPT

After my last complaint, I got a call from a guy called Mark who apologized profusely and told me that as a sign of that apology my account will be credited with R120 which I can use to rent movies or can go towards my monthly payment. Was my account credited? A big NO. So I don't understand the reason for that call if they cant keep their promises. I called on the 05th of February to enquire and spoke a lady called Tholakele Mchunu who said she will escalate to her supervisor and will call me back the same day in the afternoon. Did she call me back? the answer is NO. So I am still waiting.........
