Promises not kept

Phoned multi choice during lock down to suspend my subscription..was asked to rather consider the 24 month R749 pm...i agreed to go onto this..in stead of getting billed the R749..i get billed R1009...even higher then my R920pm premium billing..called nkosinathi msweli and anthony mathibelo who both promised to correct this and refund me the difference...still has not happened..im sick of wasting my airtime calling this company....Just refund me please...I wish i had stuck with suspending this service..what a ****** hindsight is
