<p>After getting written confirmation from Multichoice via Enquiry Reference ********** from a Karabo Mangadi, Multichoice has once again *****ed me over. I went to trade in my HD 4 tuner PVR and SD PVR for a confirmed R999 each and even the consultant at the walk-in centre quoted me R999 x 2 for the transaction. </p> <p>After the debit card payment of R999 for the SD PVR I was all of a sudden informed by the consultant that I need to pay R1199 for the HD PVR trade in. I have wasted precious time, efforts and fuel to get this rectified and eventually realised I would have to pay this new increased amount as I couldn't link my new Explora 2 with the 4 tuner HD PVR without calling back the installation company.</p> <p>I have attached a screenshot of the confirmation of the trade in amount as well as my receipts to show that DSTV and Multichoice cannot be trusted.</p>
