Promise not kept

On the 19th of June I wrote a review about Dstv for the amount that I know nothing about someone contacted me about the issue and promised to check what is the problem and promise to call me back as soon as he has check was is the reason for this but till now he hasn't contacted me this matter is stressful for me because this amount keep on increasing.
