Promise not kept
As per the above complaint. I went into the Walk-In Centre in Randburg to complain about the long wait of the installation I was assured by the Floor Manager-Seipei Rahube at the Walk-in Centre in Randburg that I will be refunded for the days that I didn't watch DSTV. That was around the 15th November 2017 and to date(15/02/2018) the refund has not happened. Promise not kept.Poor service.
