PROMISE NOT DELIVERED

I called DSTV on the 24th October to order 2 x Explora on their R79 deal. I was promised that they will deliver within 5 working day. it has been 9 working days and I haven't anything thing from them. Not even a phone call or sms explaining the delay. I had to call several times and I was told that you order is on the system, nothing has been done and someone will call you and they never did. Am getting frustrated because I have been waiting for and they are not saying anything. They need to tell me if they will be able to deliver on their promise or not so that I can use other options. STOP PROMISING WHEN YOU KNOW YOU CANT DELIVER!!!
