Promise after promise and still no printed magazin

I have been phoning DSTV Call Centre since January to reinstate my DSTV printed magazine. Every time they promise me that my query has been escalated and I will receive my magazine in due course. It now has been SIX months and after phoning the call centre once again today, I was informed by a very rude Enith Rantsatsi that they have gone green blah blah blah (old story) and I will not be receiving a printed magazine. This after they promised me for months I will. Strangely though, my parents still receive their printed magazine every month. She denies this and said they do not print magazines. WHAT A LIE!<br> Reinstate my magazine and send it monthly as I used to receive this!!
