Programs not loaded on CATCHUP
Grey's anatomy and episode 5 of the big bang theory have not yet been loaded on catchup and were supposed to be loaded on the 3rd Nov. I called the call centre twice and was told there is a delay. If there are delays, why don't you notify us and why are we not told how long the delay will take? The series have still not been loaded and there hasn't been any communication from DSTV. We pay a lot of money for this service and deserve to be notified if there are technical problems!
