Hi I'm really unhappy for the new changes. Kyknet& Kie change all the soapies for a inconvenient time how on earth can you watch a soapie at 9 in the evening, we work get home at 5 now we must wait for 9 to actually watch TV. I feel frustrated really I pay my account every month to enjoy my package. No catch up also the service is bad.

Please note that programs are scheduled according to contract parameters, available time-slots, and age restricted zones.
Therefore some programs cannot be edited but due to their content they would be scheduled to a time slot that would be appropriate. Some programs are not on Catch Up, due to license restrictions from the channel supplier.
However, your complaint and concern is noted and will be forwarded to the relevant department for consideration during future content changes and line ups.
