Programmes continually overrun scheduled time
The series programmes , specifically the 30 minute series are continually overrunning the scheduled times so that when watching a recorded series the last few minutes are cut off.<br> <br> <br>

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in this regard.
When you schedule a normal recording, the PVR automatically adds 3 minutes to the beginning and 10 minutes to the end of the recording. Should this not be happening you need to adjust the safety net settings on your decoder.
In order to adjust the safety net setting on your decoder please following the steps below.
Press The DSTV Blue Button on your remote
Select Settings
Select User Preference >
Select recording >
Select safety Net start and adjust the time before and after to your specifications.
Should you require any additional assistance to upgrade, downgrade or reconnect and disconnection of service, you may request assistance from any of these channels:
