Program issues. Bad experience

Dstv employees are very bad, ill mannered and discripectful,most of all and very imperative the are not trained to deal with customers. After a long debate with an employee because I was not getting answers I ask her to put me through to a supervisor she dropped the phone on my ear. SHOCKED!!!!!
