professional agentcy agent and installer

So today I did go to the DStv Multichoice agency Digicom in port elizabeth Eastern Cape because I had a problem with my price lock decoder let me start form the beginning I called ur call center to tell them I'm haveing problems with the decoder and then they said they gonna log it to the price lock department then on Monday I got a phone call the lady said she's going to call the agentcy to fix d out if tey have new stock but they were closed so she phoned me yesterday and said she got a hold of the agentcy and said I showed take the decoder in and they would swap it out for a new one so today I did go to the agentcy today I was helped by Nomvuyo mjijwa I was very unhappy with how she treated me she made me a lier and said there's nothing wrong with the decoder and that no one called the agentcy when they did her attitude was horrible she called a guy to come help her he is a tall wite tin guy even he made me a lier and she was very rude everything I said she dismissed and made me a lier I don't think people like her and this dude should work for dstv and to top it off a dstv installer that did my installation before comes in and he and the agent next to me has a lovely long chat and he tells her was I walk out my name is not really abdul but it's Logan and that I'm a ***** and ***** I never took anything form him I stll support him by letting him do my installation and Logan is my nickname every one has a nick name and it's definition of character for him to talk about me like that I don't know he's name but he's company name is i-sat aerial & satellite installations and they are a accredited installer and they number is ********** 750 the installation guy is short and fat and a coloured I hope dstv can short this out because this is not what I expect form dstv you guys should not have such installers representing your company as well as the rude lady working at your agency I hope Multichoice takes this seriously or else I'll have no choice but to cancel everything and go to Netflix this is shocking and unacceptable be looking forward to seeing how dstv fix this
