Am truly disappointed with the decoder its hardly a year since i got it and it has stopped working. Took it to the branch in springs and was told to buy a 2nd hand for R600. Called the call center and was told they cant assist me as she is working from home. What ****es me more is the fact that i bought this device for R1600 from their branch was not told about that i have to insure it as it wont even last s year, now it stopped working after it rebooted itself for an update. Now i need to buy another one, pay the premium and get the worst service from the branch and headoff4
