Product taken without my knowledge

I so angry with DSTV you guys took out products without my knowledge. You told me that I took out dstv premium whatever nonsense and funeral cover please cancel the premium thing atleast I can work with the funeral policy even if didn’t take anything with you guys. My question is why would like take out the premium thing mean while I’m still using the old decor.
