problems with connecting the pvr

Our SD PVR is disabled with E32 on the primary TV and an E76 on the extra view channel. We have placed 8 calls to the DSTV call centre with no assistance whatsoever. Each operator promises us that it will be sorted out but it is not. They refuse to put us through to a supervisor to assist us with the problem. Each time they say it has been escalated but nothing happens. I need an answer immediately and I want the problem fixed. I have been struggling for two days to get this problem fixed with no luck from DSTV.
