problem wth dstv supervisor Katlego and Sisanda

hi am Mr Kona ....I would like to log complain. ..from 27 October 2018 I called to upgrate the channel I was given an amount of R90 by call centre..I went to pay at checkers.after a week my TV was closed wen I called they told me it's error they open.again after 4days they close it.this happend 3times I had to call n inform them .until such time I was angry I wanted to know reason of it being closed..lady told me I short paid..I asled how Cz I got the amount from them.She then say she will listen to call but will open it for me whilst I wait..after 4days again I was closed.I callEd then was told it's escalatEd to supervisor.now wen I called they said they will listen to calls ..agsinemali you TV is closed now they saying they won't open I must pay penalty as well as reopening penalty amount...no one wants to listen to call as 1st person said I was dstv faulty they will remove amount owing then I can pay my normal amount. I'm. suspended unfairly my kids can't watch TV .please assist in can't deal anymore.I am based in durban
