My appreciation to this platform. My problem with dstv is now in the past. DStv have assisted me to get a new decoder. Thank you DStv and once again thank you HelloPeter. I'd like to say this: companies shouldn't wait for us to suffer to assist us. As soon as a problem is reported it must be dealt with immediately.

I'd also like to convey my appreciation to Nkosinathi from DStv who made sure that I get a new decoder,. He was always calling me to give me updates of the progress of my query. He was very friendly and professional. Please be kind to let him know that I appreciate his service from the start till the end where I'm a happy client now.
