problem not solved( technical error)

i called Multichoice this afternoon with regard to the faulty secondary decoder which does not communicate with the primary decoder , the lady i spoke to said it is fixed but to my surprise after dropping the call the error is still on. can you please help me . i can not pay for something which does not work. i tried several times to seek help to no avail. can some one please resolve this.
