Problem not resolved after 17 days!!
<p>Too long to describe - I have 10 points that I have dotted down..........I PLEASE WANT A BIG BOSS TO CONTACT ME! Have been a customer for 30 years and this is the way I am treated.............!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!</p>
