Problem not attended to- payment made already.

1. I do recordings most of the time because there is a lot to watch at the same time due to schedule times clashes. I programmed a recording for this topic this morning: Gordon Ramsy,s 24 Hours to hell. Season 3/ Episode 5 the recording was scheduled for Monday 02/11 @ 03:11-03:53 which means it would play for 43 minutes. I watched the program just now however the Gordon Ramsy show only played for 17 minutes prior to that another show played for 26 minutes what this means is that Gordon's show did not play in full even though the subject matter was advertised as his show. This was on BBC lifestyle channel 174. Kindly advise why this happened, how does one have surety that what one records to watch later will be the full show? Honestly I am tired. Previously I complained about the cutting of programmes whilst the show is playing I was told that it could be the connections Multichoice send their guys who came over and said it was not the installations however it was the cables. They advised they would come back and fix the problem. That was about 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. Wiring/ cables have not been attached to and I still experience the same issues as before. My frustration is that the guy who messed up initially was paid in full and yet nothing was fixed. I will always say it again, you are doing this because you do not have competition.
