Problem just to stop my account from being access by someone else.

<p>I have a DSTV account. NOW someone else got all my info...id, telephone detail everything. They created a self service account on my account...WHICH I also cant access now because they have change my telephone number and email adress. I cant get access to it because the reset password goes to their adresses and telephone nr.</p> <p>AFTER I went to DSTV satelite in Witbank they cant help me to stop this account and gave me advise to phone headoffice.... STILL they cant help me because this account is reset and paid and handle on self service metode and they cant help. SO I have somebody using my name, my account with there PVR and using my ID and everything related to that and ME....The owner of this account cant do NOTHING. They rater help someone who is *****iantly using all my detail to still watch tv..... BUT THE LEGAL OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT IS WORTH NOTHING TO THEM. Nice Trustworthy company. </p>
