Problem has not been resolved

Dear Multichoice<br> <br> I have taken my Mnet analogue decoder to Multichoice but the problem has not been solved. The language of CSN is still in Afrikaans or French for F1 highlights which seems strange. My decoder worked in English until November last year and I have been stuck with the problem since. The language automatically changed on its own without me changing anything and it has not allowed me to change it back. I have always remembered SuperSport CSN to only have an English audio track and no other audio tracks until last year. I have never had the problem until last year and I am really not sure what to do anymore. Please check if there is a problem with SuperSport CSN. I am tired of this persistent problem.<br> <br>
