Pro Rata

I don't appreciate the service that Multichoice is giving us as Premium subscription customers, we app**** for that available Explorer deal it was approved and we were informed that the device would be delivered in seven working days which didn't happen we only received the devise two months later after we have made a number of calls querying the delivery of the device , during the application we were informed of a pro rata amount to be charged if we receive the device and immediately installing and my wife spoke to a consultant whom she advised that we will not install immediately as we have already paid our subscription fee for the month we would have installed the device towards the end of that month and pay our increased subscription which would include Explorer services she was then told that in that case they won't charge pro rata as the device will be installed at the end of the month we will only have to pay an amount of R850.00 which would include Extra view Dstv catch up and the Recording functions she agreed and we waited for them to deliver,and yesterday 28th April 2015 we received a call advising of pro rata being charged from deliver date till connection date
