Prize Lock

I have been taken from pillar to post for the past two weeks. On the 10th I added a decoder. I called a technician and he adviced that the decoder is not compattible. I called in on the 14th and the decoder was removed. My payment amounted to R829. I asked why am i paying so much because my normal payment is R668, if we add R40 it should be R708. Then the problem of e143 started. On the 20th I called in and the payment was fixed but my services changed. My decoder didnt show all compact channels. My service has been suspended.
