printed guide not being posted to me
<p>For the past 2 months I have not been sent a printed guide. Previous to this, my guide would arrive at least a week into the month. I went to DSTV's office in Umhlanga and was told they are no longer posting the monthly guides, we have to come in to collect them if we want them. This is ridiculous, given that we pay so much each month! The online guide does not suit me, especially as it shows only a week in advance and I like to plan ahead of this. Interestingly a friend still gets hers posted. What is going on???</p>

After still not receiving any in the post, I went in to the Umhlanga offices and was assured that my profile would be updated to make sure I got one.
As of today, 19 April, I have not received the April guide! What is happening guys? I have had no timeous guide at all since last year. Not good enough. A guide should be here at least a few days before the start of a month.
