PRIMROSE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
I would rate the service half a star if I could,the whatsapp platform...their service is terrible.The agents honestly need to be taught customer service,I have received the worst service and just now I was assigned to chat to Primrose.Did I not wait for her response after sending her multiple messages for assistance and the messages were read and she chose to end my chat after saying I am not responding.I am so ****ed off right now.

15 Jun 2025, 14:13Dstv customer service agents are bad,I called in and the clueless consultant just topped up my data without asking how much data I want to top up,she topped up with 25GB without asking me how much I want.I have been calling them back and they just put me on hold and they dnt come back to me.I have called for the manager and still now no call from the manager.
