Pricing Increase

Price increase was not correctly communicated, I then paid y normal subscription fee and was sent an sms saying "if you don't pay R15 within the next 24h your subscription will be suspended" That's absolute Bull. I then was forced to pay it as I wanted to avoid having to pay reconnection fees for something that stupid. I understand the increase, but I really wish it was communicated correctly. My bill also was the full amount as per normal but then all of a sudden had to pay another R15 on the 1st.
