PRICES INCREASES WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE
my premium increasing from R598 to R628 and no explanation for that i requested a call back and no one phoned me back.I have been paying R598.00 all along whats the change now.I will cancel the whole package

20 Apr 2023, 08:29Yoh can I pls tell you dstv was so quick to reply on complain just to probably cover their backs. but up to this day they still getting back to me.their service is really poor indeed.they only care about money not us as their customers.
