I'm literally tired of talking samething over and over again. Took price lock 2019 black friday and it was finalised I think the 3rd Jan 2020. Today I have not yet received the decoder. Everytime I call I'm told it was delivered on the 9th Jan or it was returned due to no one at home. I have in numerous times said is a business offices and security is available 24/7. All parcels witll be given to us if we were not available. Everytime I speak with them they escalate my problem but doesn't come to an end. Worst is that u can't have their direct number but have to keep sms-ing save. I used to pay via eft, I was told that price log is a debit order, which they didn't go wrong with.
