PRICELOCK should rather be PRICESHOC****

Approximately 20 months ago I decided to subscribe to the R959 DSTV Pricelock package. Initially the debit orders went off for the correct amount monthly...however for the past couple of months the amounts have been different from the R959 every month!! In September the debit order was R1,111.23...when I queried it I was informed that the October amount will be reduced by the over-charged amount...so instead of paying R959 I will only be debited by R806.77 at the end of October....NOT TRUE - they debited my bank account with R956.60!! I called them this morning to query this...after the lady tried for 26 minutes to explain the "logic" to me I had enough and she offered to get the "Pricelock people" to call me to try and explain why I signed a contract for R959 but they deduct different amounts... Needless to say...I never received the promised call!! I have been a premium subscriber for more than 10 years but vow to end my subscription with DSTV the moment the 24 months of the pricelock contract has run out!!!
