Pricelock service is appalling

We have a pricelock at home. They debit every end of the month, not even once have they not receive money. We don't owe them but our service is always cut off by the 20th. We called multiple times and we were given claim numbers but they haven't gotten back to us. They said someone will call us back regarding our query within 24 hours but it has been more than that. I enquired about this matter every single month but they never fix it. Instead they tell us about their trash system. On the 20th I was given a claim number. Even this morning but nothing is being done. We using our own airtime and we're not being assisted. I'm fed up with the pricelock services, it's appalling. I will never ever recommend it to anyone
