Pricelock Pathetic Service

I'm struggling since Friday to add a decoder for Xtra view and the only thing I'm hearing bis that they are escalating the problem and nobody can give me a direct number to call and find out how I can solve the problem because I'm willing to pay the extra fee. I do have 2 decoders on my profile but they can't help me to just deactivate the one and activate the other one in its place. This is really pathetic because now I look like a **** to my children whom I promised that they will have extra view
