PriceLock - no one gets back to us. Do you actually want our money?

<p>My wife has been trying to register for the R949 x 24 month pricelock since mid-December. She has repeatedly given all the required details to call cente agents and, on one occasion, visited the Randburg offices (onyl to be told that it's no longer possible to apply in person). After mentioning that she is personally acquainted with Mark Rayner, her case was given the highest possible escalation. That was a week ago and there has been no contact from MultiChoice since. Seriously, if you are looking to discontinue the offer, and I can only assume that you are because it's proven a loss leader, don't advertise it! You would think that in an environment where Multichoice's entrenched monopoly is being undermined by internet streaming, there would be a greater emphasis on customer service and more effort made to secure new revenues. We are profoundly unimpressed and would very much appreciate some follow up.</p>
