Pricelock Nightmare
I called and spoke to Tshepo Maoba with regards to an outstanding amount that I need to pay for my account and I did ask for clarity as to how I am owing so much when my services have been disconnected since December 2017 yet she didn't know what she was talking about. I did ask her to escalate the matter to the relevant department as I need answers as soon as possible. Can someone call me and explain why I have to pay that amount and how it got there, I also need a statement showing how it got there and all my recordings from when I agreed to take out a Price lock agreement.

12 Jul 2018, 15:20On top of your **** service you offer, you cannot even attend to clients queries on time, it has been 48 hours already and I still haven't heard anything from your consultants. If no one bothers to call me and explain to me why I am owing that amount and reconnect my services I am taking this matter further and I want all my recordings.
