Pricelock my foot

We did the pricelock in March 2021, and since then every six months the price is increased, where’s the pricelock in that?

February of this year we called asking what the remaining term is and we were informed that there’s 5 months to go

Fast forward to today, my mother received an sms stating the price has increased yet again to now R660, and we called again to find out what the remaining term is and yet again it’s 5 months, when I asked when the activation took place they said it was in June yet we did it in March.

DSTV can forget about collecting any further money from us, is this is nothing but a damn ****
