Pricelock move endless problems

We decided to go with the price lock option, but what a disappiontment. First we where told that the debit order could not go off my account anymore and the account is on my fiance's name it will have to go off his account. we have requested the debit order to go off on the 25th of each month! which is not happening, at all, surely they are suppose to close the old account!!! then this month the debit order didn't go off, when i phoned the Monday after the 25th to find out what happened they told me the debit order went off on the 26th, i checked my bank being with ABSA and nothing was taken off. i asked to verify the amount, then all of a sudden the amount was R1895. i wanted to know why this amount and could not get a straight answer, and was told that there is still a credit of R1200 on the old account?? then when the debit order eventually went off the amount was R2226 or something insane!!! i reveresed the debit order. i also wanted a current statement, which i cannot have, i want to see exactly what we are billed for!!! you cannot just take peoples money the way you please!!! DSTV might not have budgets but we do!!!!!

Why can we not have our current bill to review???

i am seriously irritated since we went over to the pricelock option we have had endeless problem.
