Pricelock is misleading

I recently posted a review about Dstv about the price lock agreement, the agreement that was communicated to me telephonically contradicts the amount i was debited for, i reached out to multichoice and they promised to listen to the recordings to confirm if what I'm saying is true. I am still waiting for them to get back to me, if us as consumers are in bridge of contract service providers like to remind us about our telephonic contractual agreement that was recorded, but for them to go and listen to the recordings if its in favor of the consumer its difficult. Dont agree to this pricelock package of multichoice its misleading.
