This price lock thing is bull****

These disconnected my services for about a month so far and I’m trying to call them and they never pick or get back to me,they started by putting my account on areas because they Derbited my account on a wrong date we never agreed on,my account is paid and up to date but still my service is not active...today they were supposed to derbit me for the following month but nothing happened,these people are unprofessional and this is just a ******* I’ve paid almost 8000 Rands which I don’t understand how is their interest accumulating,I’m so fed up I’m tryna get out of it and now I can’t evetcontact them to get out of this bull**** **** thing,I’m ****ed I wish someone can shut down this company they’re very unprofessional I hate them.I just want out right now even if they say I need to pay them a 100grands **** I don’t care.
