Pricelock incompetence

I've been on pricelock for 24 months and it expired where I've changed to premium 24 and changed the debit order date from month end to 15th and on 15th June they deducted more which is 1.2 and today my service is canceled because I get the error message that I haven't paid. Whilst I'm writing this review I've been holding on their line for 26.44 minutes
