Pricelock horror that never took place

Hellopeter 1st week January a dstv AGENT phoned to offer me a pricelock deal and I accepted it only to find out that what was offered was same explorer that I have and am using so I phoned same day to cancel and the AGENT told me not to take the installation when the installer come to install it so I did just that just before month end January the two decoders that I had was disconnected when I check my profile on the dstv now I found that I have a bill off a thousand something that needed to be paid that include the installation that they are saying is being done at my place of which none has taken place cause I didn't take the installation plus the decoder so I have been calling them twice a week since January and they keep saying that they escalating my issue and I will receive a call in 24hrs and yesterday I received a call from a company that collects money for dstv and they say I owe them last month's payment but I don't have their pricelock installed at my place moes
