shocking that DSTV can overcharge & then when you call, they cut you off & then eventually tell you it's not human error but system error, no one responds.. I ask to be put through to accounts dept, to be told they will call me, I cannot afford to have an extra R3500. debited off my account, worried now my other debit orders will bounce!
