Pricelock deal non-delivery

I took out 2 dstv price lock deals on I think 1 Nov 2016 or 2 Nov 2016. On Tuesday 8 Nov 2016 I received an sms which stated that my service has been activated. I immediately phone the multichoice call centre to query this as I have not received the decoders. I was told that they would escalate the matter and return my call. On Tuesday 9 Nov 2016 I received a call from the price lock call centre which was unrelated to my initial query. I nevertheless explained the situation to the agent which also told me that they will escalate the matter and someone will phone me in this regard. On Friday 11 Nov 2016 I once again phoned the call centre to get an update and once again I was told the matter would be escalated and I will receive a call from a multichoice agent. On the same Friday evening I received a voice mail stating that someone from multichoice phoned and they would return the call. On Monday 14 November I once again phoned to the call centre. I was told that the decoders was delivered to the address and that a Maria signed for it and I will just have to pay the account. I explained that I did not receive the items and I do not know a Maria. I was told that there is nothing they can do about it as I did receive the items. Not satisfied, I phoned the call centre again. I asked for proof of receipt of items. I was told that it is an electronic signature and thus cannot be provided with proof and all they can do is once again escalate the matter. I was also informed that only once someone from multichoice contact me that an investigation can be lodged.

Clearly DSTV/MultiChoice are just not interested in the problem and have not taken my complaint serious. Thus far I have been treated as the guilty party as it was stated that I have received the items in question and that they trust the delivery service. I was also informed that I will just have to pay the account.

This is without even having tangible proof. An electronic signature from someone that I do not know is not tangible proof and if this is the case it should be proven in a court of law.
