Pricelock

Guys do not fall into the trap of taking price lock it is a ****. I got into a contract with them which is for 24 months and they r suppose to take R499 a month for 2 years. Now this month they switched off my decoder saying I'm owing R2700 nobody can explain how they got to that amount. Have been calling multichoice 9 times since the start of the month and all they can tell me is we r escalating the problem with yet no feedback from whoever they r escelating the problem too. It's like nobody is willing to help, they say only pricelock department can help you but there is no way to phone pricelock department. I'm taking out my DStv going to Netflix they r the best have been with them for 3 months and it's been smooth sailing since then. Guys do not fall into the same trap.
